Following the most successful season in the 142 year history of Merthyr RFC they held their presentation night at the clubhouse, celebrating  lifting the WRU Cup  and also back to back Premiership titles. Guest of the evening was Max Boyce MBE, together with WRU Representative Mr Ray Wilton, Mr Mayor Clive Tovey, and local Councillor Mr Geraint Thomas. Compare for the evening was Nigel Davies C.E.O. who spoke  of the great achievements of the side during the historic season winning the WRU cup at the National Stadium after defeating Newport RFC 41-7 the biggest margin in the h.....
