Aberavon home Saturday kick off 2:30pm

After 3 consecative wins Merthyr welcome the wizards of Aberavon to the Wern on Saturday for round 4 of the Premiership league fixtures. Aberavon arrive on two home wins and an away defeat at Ebbw Vale, and no doubt will be the ironmens sternest test to date. Merthyr make several changes to the starting side following last Sunday's away win over LLanelli. Prop Natthan Trevett,Hooker Rhys Williams, Back rowman Nick White, scrum half Justin James, and outside half Gareth Davies all return as the coaches McIntosh and Dacey take another look at the squad. The side is captained by number 8 Phil Rees in the absence of captain Craig Locke, who should return next week for the trip to RGC 1404 up in Colwyn Bay.
