NOTICE OF AGM MEETING & ITEMS ON THE AGM AGENDA – 2021

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Rules of Merthyr Rugby Football Club, a company registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 – Registration Number 29406R – that the Annual General Meeting will be held at the clubhouse on:

Wednesday 15^th September 2021 at 7.00pm

Please note, that any member wishing to place an item on the AGM Agenda, should put that item in writing and forward it to myself prior to 7 days before the date of the AGM.

Note for Social Members. Under the Constitution of the Club, the AGM can only be attended by full members i.e., those who have paid the membership fee of £30, £20 for those over the age of 60. These members have voting rights under the constitution.

The Committee nomination sheets have also been put on the notice board. Please note:

All nominations for vacant positions on the Committee should be entered on the sheets provided prior to Wednesday 15^th September 2021, when the time for nominations will close.
