Attention Members. Six Nations Tickets 2022

TICKET APPLICATION FOR WALES 2022 SIX NATIONS INTERNATIONAL MATCHES TO BE PLAYED AT THE PRINCIPALITY STADIUM

Please be advised that ticket applications for the Guinness Six Nations to be played at the Principality Stadium in 2022 can now be submitted to Mark Hulbert.

The Club will only apply to the Welsh Rugby Union for tickets that are ordered and paid for by members by the closing date specified by the Union. This means that if you require tickets for the matches detailed below you must commit yourself to an order (with payment) before midnight on Tuesday 5^th October 2021.  We apologise for the relatively short turn around period you have for deciding on your ticket choices but this is a closing date imposed upon us by the WRU.

Matches to be played at the Principality Stadium in 2022 are:

• Scotland    Saturday 12th February 2022       Kick off 2.15pm
• France        Friday 11^th March 2022                 Kick off 8.00pm
• Italy            Saturday 19^th March 2022             Kick off 2.15pm

The ticket prices for the games are as follows:

• Scotland £115, £105, £100, £70 and £40
• France £115, £105, £100, £70 and £40
• Italy          £80, £70, £65, £55 and £30

The Welsh Rugby Union have announced that concessionary priced tickets for Under17s can be purchased at 50% of the adult ticket price across all the price bands for the Italy match only. Under17s must be accompanied by an Adult.

Orders for tickets should be made to the Club Ticket Officer, Mark Hulbert, either at the Clubhouse (list in the foyer) or by email to markhulbert1@gmail.com

The order should clearly state the match, the number of tickets and the preferred price of the tickets. It is likely that there will be a large demand for the lower priced tickets and the Club only receives a limited number, so applications for these tickets are unlikely to be met in full. (Please consider quoting an alternative priced ticket with your order if you wish to avoid disappointment).

Cheques for the cost of the tickets should be made payable to ‘Merthyr RFC’.  Cash payments will also be accepted but should be handed to Mark Hulbert in person.

Please be advised that an order placed by October 9^th is the only way to attempt to secure tickets for Wales’ home Six Nations fixtures in 2022 via the Club.
