Captain Locke returns to lead the ironmen

After several weeks out through a leg injury club captain Craig Locke returns to action on Saturday to lead the ironmen against the “Black and Amber’s” of Newport. Also making his second appearance of the season for the ironmen is young back row forward Morgan Kneath.  The ironmen are looking to bounce back after last week’s shock home defeat at the hands of the all whites of Swansea in poor playing conditions when they went down 5-10. Earlier in the season the Ironmen defeated Newport at Rodney parade 17-29 in a hard fought encounter. Prop Louis Jones and Hooker Matthew Dwyer will  return to the wern in the colours of Newport RFC. The kick is at 12:00 due to Wales v France international which kicks off at 4:45pm.
