A fabulous advert for age-group Club Rugby, as our Cardiff Rugby Region Champions welcomed their Ospreys Region counterparts @porthcawlrfc.

You improve and grow by testing yourself against other good sides. Both sides will have learned a huge amount from today’s game.

An absolute pleasure to watch, the game played in great spirits, and with spades of mutual respect, testament to the coaching leadership of both groups of young men.
