The #Ironmen secured the second silverware of 2024-25, beating Pontypridd RFC to win the Mid District Cup

Two tries in each half from Ellis Shipp, Dafydd Land, Cole Swannack & Dafydd Thomas was enough in a scrappy and sometimes ill-tempered encounter. Ben Jones adding three from four conversions.
